We ship all India orders from our warehouse in India. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within the standard courier timeline for your location. Please note that in the case of a sold-out or back-ordered item, restocking and dispatch may take up to 30 days. We will keep you informed of your order status throughout.
UAE
All UAE orders are shipped from our UAE fulfilment centre. Standard delivery timelines apply based on your emirate. In the case of restocked or back-ordered items, please allow 7–10 days for fulfilment. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please reach out to our customer support team within the return window after receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a pickup where applicable.
Conditions for Return/Exchange Acceptance
To ensure a smooth and fair process for all our customers, returns and exchanges are accepted only when the following conditions are met:
• Item must be unworn and not used outside the home
• Original tags must be intact and attached
• No perfume, fragrance, or strong scent on the garment
• No makeup stains of any kind
• No sweat marks or body odour
• Item must not have been washed or altered
• No fabric damage, pulls, snags, or tears
Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
All returned items undergo a thorough quality check by our team before a refund or exchange is processed. This ensures that every item re-entering our inventory meets Yuyina's standards — for you and for the next customer.
Refunds to bank accounts are processed within 5–7 business days of QC clearance. Store credit is issued instantly upon QC approval.
